Lorenza Natarella
About
Co-founder of Studio Armadillo (2011), she’s been working for magazines, advertising, social campaigns and children’s books – as well as independent projects and exhibitions – and teaching storytelling and writing classes at MiMaster, TheSIGN Comic & Arts Academy and CFP Bauer.
She wrote short comics for Corriere, VITA Magazine, Linus and many others and has been a recurrent author for La Stampa’s Origami and Tuttolibri.
She has an inclination for biographies and psychology: her first graphic novel La Cìtila (Topipittori, 2013) is a childhood autobiography with a fiction spin, while her latest book Sempre Libera (Bao Publishing, 2017) is a drama based on the life of soprano Maria Callas.
In 2018 she took part in the Novartis-endorsed project È tempo di vita, live drawing and painting during psycho-oncology conferences across Italy.
