AAAS 2020 Seattle
Project
Fiammetta Ghedini, Francesco Guarnaccia and Lorenzo Palloni have been participating to the AAAS 2020 Annual Meeting in Seattle (February 13-16, 2020) to accompany 36 talks with live drawings and graphic recordings, sponsored by the ERC (European Research Council).

The world’s largest multidisciplinary scientific society and a leading publisher of cutting-edge research through its Science family of journals, AAAS has individual members in more than 91 countries around the globe. The 2020 edition took place in Seattle, USA.
Artist
Lorenzo Palloni is one of the founders of comics’ authors collective MAMMAIUTO, and he published many comics in Italy and in France. Lorenzo is the author of ESTRELLA, a comic about stardust produced by the European Research Council, and I regularly work in collaboration with the University of Siena to create outreach scientific material. He also teaches scriptwriting and storytelling at the “Scuola internazionale di Comics” in Florence and Reggio Emilia.
